Flames swim team, three individuals named Scholar All-Americans
OMAHA, Neb. – The College of Saint Mary swim team has been named a Scholar All-America Team, and three of its student-athletes have been named individual Scholar All-Americans by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
The Flames were one of 11 NAIA programs named as Scholar All-America Teams. They did so by compiling a team GPA of 3.71 during the 2026 Spring semester.
Kylee Brown, a nursing major, is a First-Team Scholar All-America selection. To earn first-team honors, you must have a GPA of at least 3.5 and compete in the national championships of your division.
Jaidyn Vanschoiack, an occupational therapy major, is a Second-Team Scholar All-America selection. Second-team recognition also requires a GPA of at least 3.5.
Isabella Promes, a nursing major, joined Vanschoiack as a Second-Team Scholar All-America honoree.
More than 2,200 men and women across NCAA Division I, II and III, the NAIA and the NJCAA were honored as Scholar All-Americans.
Founded in 1922, the CSCAA is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy and professional development.
