Homes, Garcia named to OWH All-Midlands Team
OMAHA, Neb. – College of Saint Mary softball players Macy Homes and Megan Garcia have been named to the Omaha World Herald All-Midlands Softball Team.
The team was announced Monday and both Homes and Garcia were named as honorable mention selections in the NAIA/D2/D3 category.
Selected to the team were Delaney Farnsworth (Chadron), Lauren Jurek (Bellevue), Camry Moore (Doane), Aliyah Rincon (Midland), Elise Warneke (Nebraska Wesleyan), Kim Vidlak (Wayne State), Reese Floro (Bellevue), Liana McMurtry (Bellevue), Carly Pfitzer (Midland) Roni Foote (Midland), Emily Prai (Midland), Sami Reding (Bellevue), Sydney Schelkpopf (Hastings), Lauren Zimmerman (Chadron) and Sydney Thomason (UNK).
Rincon was named the honorary captain.
